This means I have to continuously work on rehabilitating this area to ensure that I am rebuilding safely and maintaining the connection and function. So, this is my go to regular workout that I want to share with you, as if you are coming at Pilates from a space of feeling like you have ‘no core’, or you’re new to Pilates, or need a good reminder of good core connection, then the Deep Core Connect workouts are for you.
