In this pre Pilates series I am guiding you through the very basics of Pilates step by step. Take the workouts in the series in order. Then, when you are comfortable with the steps you can progress onto the other workouts on your membership. 

In this workout we look at your Pilates alignment and where your body should be to start the work. We practice a few basic movements to challenge your alignment and new found core connection.
