This is great flow if you’re filling stiff and stuck or if you feel like you’ve over done the heavy workouts and need something to bring you back to your body and give you a bit of mobility. This routine has lots of lovely spine rotations, back stretches and hip and shoulder openers. Leave this workout feeling more mobile and with better head space. Ideal to end a busy day or to ease stiffness first thing in the morning.
