Pilates For Lower Back Ache

In this pre Pilates series I am guiding you through the very basics of Pilates step by step. Take the workouts in the series in order. Then, when you are comfortable with the steps you can progress onto the other workouts on your membership. In this workout we look at the Pilates breathing and learning to lift and move from our anchor points.

By the end of the class we aim to feel like you have more space in your spine and more connection in the muscles that support the spine. NOTE - this is not for recovering from a specific spinal injury. More for those who feel tightness in the hips and back and need stretching but with no specific injury other than general muscle aches/tightness.
