How To Do A Roll Over Safely

As we go into the more advanced classical Pilates work we start to add exercises where we roll over. Starting with the Roll over (as explained in this video) right through to corkscrew, jack knife and boomerang. Please watch this video first and then try the exercise. Please do not turn your head whilst rolling over as this is very dangerous for your neck.
