Mindfulness Pilates
In this pre Pilates series I am guiding you through the very basics of Pilates step by step. Take the workouts in the series in order. Then, when you are comfortable with the steps you can progress onto the other workouts on your membership. In this workout we look at the Pilates breathing and learning to lift and move from our anchor points.

My ultimate feel good Pilates workout. Absolutely perfect if you’re feeling burnt out, if your body aches and you need a good stretch, if you’ve spent hours at a desk working, if you’ve just had a baby and are spending your night feeding and your upper back aches and your abdominals need gently firing up. It’s mindful movement magic: stretch, flow, breathe and Pilates. Perfection.
