Energising Mat Flow
In this pre Pilates series I am guiding you through the very basics of Pilates step by step. Take the workouts in the series in order. Then, when you are comfortable with the steps you can progress onto the other workouts on your membership. In this workout we look at the Pilates breathing and learning to lift and move from our anchor points.

PLEASE NOTE: This energising flow has some very advanced exercises in: Roll over, swan dive and jack knife. If you are new to these exercise please watch them first before attempting as it is imperative you perform these exercises correctly and without looking at the screen. If you are at all unsure please wait for an in person instruction.
