Baby And Body Pilates

In this pre Pilates series I am guiding you through the very basics of Pilates step by step. Take the workouts in the series in order. Then, when you are comfortable with the steps you can progress onto the other workouts on your membership. In this workout we look at the Pilates breathing and learning to lift and move from our anchor points.

Desperate for a workout but your baby needs constant entertaining? Try this little workout that involves your baby so you can get back to fitness and play with your baby at the same time. Before doing this workout, please make sure you get checked by a women’s health physio so that you are aware of any limitations. Otis is 4 months old here, I am able to curl my head up for short periods safely but this isn’t always the case for everyone so please make sure this is suitable for you before joining in.
