GLOW PLAN WELLNESS - Day 2 Jaw, Neck and Face

This is to release tightness in the jaw and neck, especially if tight in the neck or clenching or grinding your teeth. Often we are unaware of holding our breath, clenching our teeth, shallow breathing or how much tension we hold in the face. These massage techniques will release tension, increase blood flow and oxygen to the muscles, improve skin tone and texture and create a glow to the skin.
