Flapjack Snack Attack

I made these the other day and they are delicious!! They are the perfect sweet treat and my go-to, on-the-go snack of the moment. Quick and easy, plus they would be a great nutritional addition to your kid's lunch boxes too.You need: 170g rolled oats130g buckwheat flour50g shredded coconut50g raisins20g mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds100g coconut palm sugar150g butter2 tbsp honey1 tbsp maple syrupbutter for greasingThe method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and grease your baking dish with the spare butter or you can line it with baking paper
  2. Mix the dry ingredients
  3. Mix the wet ingredients
  4. Coming the mixtures
  5. Press down into your baking dish nice and evenly
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden on top. Cool in the dish before you tip out and cut into squares.
