A Hug in a Mug
On those cold days when you feel a little 'bleurgh' sometimes all you need is a cosy night in and a hug in a mug. Here are my top 3 warming favs. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
1.Matcha Latte
Blend:
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 4 grates of fresh nutmeg
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp agave syrup
2. Sleepy Hot ChocolateBlend:
- 25oml almond milk
- 1 handful cashew nuts
- 1 scoop Bodyism Serenity
3. Warming Turmeric and Ginger TonicBlend:
- 250ml cashew milk
- 1 heaped tsp honey
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- small piece of fresh ginger to taste (optional)
Once any of the above combinations are blended and smooth. Heat them in a pan until just bubbling and pour into your favourite mug. Snuggle on the sofa or climb into bed and enjoy.
