GLOW PLAN WELLNESS - Day 2 Jaw, Neck and Face
In this pre Pilates series I am guiding you through the very basics of Pilates step by step. Take the workouts in the series in order. Then, when you are comfortable with the steps you can progress onto the other workouts on your membership. In this workout we look at the Pilates breathing and learning to lift and move from our anchor points.

This is to release tightness in the jaw and neck, especially if tight in the neck or clenching or grinding your teeth. Sometimes we are unaware of holding our breath, clenching our teeth, shallow breathing or how much tension we hold in the face. These simple massage techniques for the jaw, cheeks and neck will release tension, increase blood flow and oxygen to the muscles, improve skin tone and texture and create a lovely natural glow to the skin. You will definitely feel lighter after this!
