Acai Bowl - My New Fav Breakfast!
Acai Superfood Bowl
So, recently I took a trip up to the Bodyism gym and fell in love with their delicious acai bowls. So, as soon as I got home I recreated my own version and now I am going to share it with you. Seriously, try this it's so dreamy.Add to blender:
- 1 handful frozen berries
- 1/2 scoop sun warrior vanilla blend protein powder (or protein of your choice)
- 1/2 banana
- splash of almond milk
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 tbsp acai powder
Add this to the bottom of your bowl and then top with any breakfast delights. I use granola, coconut, bee pollen and blueberries. But strawberries, chopped nuts, and flaked almonds are also a delicious option.
